I’m taking a break from wordpress for a while. Because I don’t feel I’m writing for myself anymore. Because I need to rethink how I’m going to spend the next 12 months. Because I want to be responsible for my actions. Because I need a break.

Because my heart still aches and I want to let it heal.

I can’t raise my eyebrows without hurting the cut on my forehead ):

I finished three books in two days; A Walk to Remember, The Tales of Beedle the Bard and The Last Lecture. Last one’s recommended Shall eat dinner now gnighttt

I have this urge to move back to Blogger.

I just banged my head really hard against the edge of the wooden table. Now there’s a cut that’s bleeding and swelling on the side (thankfully) of my forehead. Ow.

Hehe I watched his music video for Haven’t Met You Yet and can sort of conclude he can’t really act that well. Not that I mind, because he more than makes up for it through his voice and lyrics.

So today I left school (PW) for ECP where I found sort of a good spot for the kids’ outing this month. I think planning will be crazy but am looking forward to it! After that Papa and I had ice kachang and chendol at the food village. Papa totally satisfied my food cravings today. I finally had chicken rice and chendol and otak-otak (the pedas kind not the mild cheat-your-feelings kind).

Am looking at my raya money looks quite substantial. Shall take them out and put it somewhere safe taa

Our efforts don’t always give us desirable results. Luck and chance play real, tangible roles in our lives, don’t they? People reassure you; work hard and you’ll be rewarded. If you’re supposed to get what you give, then why is it that some people give and give and give but still don’t reap what they sowed?

Sigh.

On another note, today I got blamed for something I didn’t do. I hate it. (Who doesn’t?) It’s horrible that I can’t stop myself from feeling very upset over it. On top of all the shit that’s happened this week and other things, a good cry was much in need.

Oh well, I’m over it la.

Anyway, been staying back in school to watch IHCs these past couple of days. Basketball/Soccer on Tuesday, Volleyball/Frisbee on Wednesday and Touch Rugby today(: I really miss hanging out with batchmates at the RI field.

I’m going to go out with a good friend next week so I’m going to work hard this weekend to catch up with things that need to be caught up with. Apart from that, life is pretty normal.

For some odd reason I flipped through our batch’s graduation booklet. Went past pages after pages of photos of us in pinafores. I miss so many things about being in RG.

The older I get, the more things I regret. You know why? I guard myself increasingly as I see more people around me get hurt from life, love, loss; all of which I want to avoid. Don’t we all? (:

So I’m making a pledge to myself. To take risks. To do what I’m capable of. To laugh whenever I can. To cry if I need to. To regret. To learn. To be stronger.

I wish I were made of steel and robust iron. But I’m not. I’m effing not.

Got myself a tumblrrrrr now I can follow lots of fanpages without having to reblog here.

So, yesterday I found out Muhammad’s my relative. Our grandparents are cousins, making us third cousins heheheh it’s a ticklish thought.
